Services MAC plans updated

The General Services Administration is planning to organize its upcoming “Services Multiple-Agency MAC” contract by domains, and the timing of awards will be phased by the domains.

The Services MAC is the follow-on to GSA’s “OASIS” professional services governmentwide contract, in which initial awards for all domains were made at the same time. In the Services MAC, domains and awards will be phased.

“GSA will prioritize and add new Domains based on data-informed assessments of need (e.g., gaps in existing Best-In-Class solutions, anticipated demand changes, emerging administration directives, etc.),” GSA said on Dec. 14.

If another governmentwide contract provides services in a domain, that domain may not be needed in the Services MAC, GSA said.
