Kevin Boshears

      Kevin Boshears, 62, the longtime director of the DHS OSDBU office, died on Dec. 22. Previously the head of the OSDBU at the Treasury Dept., Boshears served in the government for 35 years. He is being mourned by the small business govcon community for his knowledge, dedication, advocacy, friendship and ability to connect with and assist a diverse range of people, especially minorities, women and veterans. He led the Federal OSDBU Council and was involved with many other federal and civic organizations. “The Federal Procurement industry lost a legend this holiday season.
