Labor Surplus List released
The Labor Dept. on Oct. 1 released its fiscal 2022 Labor Surplus List of 2,096 cities, towns and counties in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The list is in effect for a year and is used to set priorities for procurement by the White House, SBA, GSA and other agencies.
