NAVY

      SyQwest Inc., Cranston, RI is awarded a $13,854,578 IDIQ contract containing firm-fixed-price provisions. This contract is for production of TR-341A transducers. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, RI is the contracting activity (N66604-22-D-A200).

      CER Inc., Baltimore, MD is awarded a $9,703,200 firm-fixed-price task order (N4008022F4000) under a previously-awarded, multiple-award construction contract (N40080-21-D-0025) for the replacement of Chillers Three through Nine at Naval Support Activity Bethesda. Work will be performed in Bethesda, MD. Seven proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      Management Services Group Inc., doing business as Global Technical Systems, Virginia Beach, VA was awarded an $9,641,729 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N0002420C5608) for Network, Processing, and Storage Technical Insertion 16, Modification 1 production equipment, spares, and engineering services. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. government (98%); and Australia (2%). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity. (Awarded Sept. 30, 2021)

      Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems, Braintree, MA is awarded a $40,759,339 modification to previously-awarded contract N63394-19-C-0007 for the development and production of Next Generation Surface Search Radar qualification systems. Work will be performed in Chantilly, VA (58%); Wake Forest, NC (39%); and Braintree, MA (3%). In accordance with 15 U.S. Code 638(r)(4) — this contract was not competitively procured (under the SBIR Phase III program/2018 National Defense Authorization Act). The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity (N6339419C0007).

      Autumn General Contracting LLC, Springfield, VA was awarded an $8,618,956 firm-fixed-price contract for three Fort McNair, Washington, DC general officer homes identified for renovation. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, MD is the contracting activity (W912DR-21-C-0055).

      A2A Integrated Logistics Inc., Fayetteville, NC (M67854-21-D-5118); AvMEDICAL LLC, Franklin, TN (M67854-21-D-5119); and Sterile Services Co., Miami, FL (M67854-21-D-5120), are awarded a multiple-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for the purchase of medical and dental supplies up to a combined maximum of $46,934,526. Work will be performed in Fayetteville, NC; Franklin, TN; and Miami, FL. The contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website, with 10 offers received. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity.

      Continental Tide Defense Systems Inc., Wyoming, PA (N6833521D0225); Delphinus Engineering Inc., Eddystone, PA (N6833521D0226); Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc., Portsmouth, VA (N6833521D0227); LPI Technical Services, Chesapeake, VA (N6833521D0228); Prism Maritime LLC, Chesapeake, VA (N6833521D0229); and Valkyrie Enterprises Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N6833521D0230), are each awarded a firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursable IDIQ contract. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $33,871,048, with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders. These contracts provide shipboard and shore site alteration and installation services in support of common aviation support equipment and aircraft launch and recovery equipment aboard Nimitz- and Ford-class aircraft carriers for the Navy. Work will be performed in various locations. This contract was competitively procured via a small business set aside; six offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity.

      United States Marine Inc., Gulfport, MS was awarded a $54,384,301 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for up to 35 11-meter Navy Special Warfare Rigid Inflatable Boats, trailers, accessories, spares, and other technical assistance. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-21-D-2220).

      Systems Application and Technologies Inc., Oxnard, CA is awarded a $27,286,688 modification (P00058) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable contract (N6893618C0046). This modification exercises options to provide operational and intermediate level maintenance for both aerial and seaborne assets. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

      Assured Information Security Inc., Rome, NY has been awarded a $95,000,000 IDIQ single award contract for an Antifragility Workstation for Resiliency (AWARE) prototype. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition under SBIR Phase I award, and subsequent SBIR Phase II award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY is the contracting activity (FA8750-21-D-0001).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

      SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL has been awarded a maximum $90,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies (Zone 1). This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Location of performance is LA, TX and IL. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8E3-21-D-0019).
