On April 4, IDs replace DUNS
On April 4, the General Services Administration will switch to the new Unique Identity ID in SAM.gov and all other GSA computer systems. The new ID replaces the former privately-owned DUNS identifier.
SAM.gov and other GSA systems will be offline for the transition from April 1-4. SAM.gov users have been advised to update their saved searches and ad hoc reports and ensure that sub-awardees get their Unique Entity IDs.
