NAVY

      Management Services Group Inc., Virginia Beach, VA is awarded a $14,253,032 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-5608 to procure additional Network, Processing, and Storage (NPS) Technical Insertion 16, Modification 1 production equipment. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

      Spectranetix Inc., Sunnyvale, CA is awarded a $9,153,495 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the effort entitled "Modular Open Suite of Standards/Sensor Open Systems Architecture Node Based Resilient Networking and Electronics Warfare Orchestration at the Edge." The maximum dollar value, including a 24-month base period with no options, is $9,153,495. This contract was competitively procured under N00014-21-S-B001, “Long Range Broad Agency Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology.” Since proposals are received throughout the year under the long range BAA, the number of proposals received is unknown. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity (N00014-22-C-1021).

      Fisher Engineering Inc., Johns Creek, GA is awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ architect-engineering contract (N40085-22-D-0004) for architect-engineer services for fire protection in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic area of operations. Task Order 0001 is being awarded at $145,880 for fire protection assessment at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.Gov website with 13 proposals received. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

      Arête Associates, Northridge, CA is awarded a $15,372,357 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the “Pushbroom Imaging LiDAR for Littoral Surveillance (PILLS).” This contract provides for the extension, adaptation and optimization of the PILLS sensor to demonstrate Navy-specific performance metrics, and research to extend the PILLS sensing technology and signal processing/ data fusion algorithms. Work will be performed in Tucson, AZ (91.2%); and Vienna, Austria (8.8%). The maximum dollar value, if all options are exercised, is $15,372,357. This contract was competitively procured under the N00014-21-S-B001, Office of Naval Research long range broad agency announcement for Navy and Marine Corps science and technology. Since proposals are received throughout the year under the long range BAA, the number of proposals received is unknown. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity (N00014-22-C-2007).

      Chugach Solutions Enterprise LLC, Anchorage, AK (N62473-22-D-3602); KGJJ Engineering Solutions LLC, Fort Worth, TX (N62473-22-D-3603); MERP-EMI Mission Support LLC, Herndon, VA (N62473-22-D-3604); MJM-ACEPEX JV2, Long Beach, CA (N62473-22-D-3605); PCI Productions LLC, Huntsville, AL (N62473-22-D-3606); and Six Mile NIKA JV LLC, Anchorage, AK (N62473-22-D-3607), are awarded a combined $249,000,000 firm-fixed price IDIQ multiple award service contract for the procurement involving facility investment services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) SW area of operations. The maximum dollar value of all task orders, including the base period and seven option years will be $249,000,000 to the six vendors combined. Work will be performed primarily in CA (90%). This procurement was solicited as a competitive multiple award 8(a) small business set aside via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment online website with eight proposals received and six contractors deemed as technically acceptable. NAVFAC SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

      CAPE Environmental Management Inc., Honolulu, HI is awarded a $75,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee modification to increase the maximum dollar value of an IDIQ contract (N62742-16-D-1807) for environmental remedial action services at various installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific area of operations. This contract modification was not competitively procured pursuant to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NAVFAC Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Oahu, HI is the contracting activity.

      Goldwings Supply Service Inc., Honolulu, HI is awarded a $59,978,551 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides production and engineering support for the U.S. Marine Corps Expeditionary Air Field (EAF) Solar Airfield Lighting System (SALS). Work will be performed in Franklin, TN (83%); and Honolulu, HI (17%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal; one offer was received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N6833522D0017).

ARMY

      IMPSA International Inc., Monroeville, PA was awarded a $47,944,815 firm-fixed-price contract for design, fabrication, and transportation of two ship-to-shore container cranes to be delivered to Military Ocean Terminal Concord in Concord, CA. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-22-C-0025).

      Environmental Remediation and Engineering Co. JV LLC, Troy, MO (W912DQ-22-D-3012); Guardian Environmental Services Co. Inc., Newark, DE (W912DQ-22-D-3013); SDV E&C JV, San Diego, CA (W912DQ-22-D-3014); TTL-CTI LLC, Toledo, OH (W912DQ-22-D-3015); and VETS-ERRG JV LLC, Gravois Mills, MO (W912DQ-22-D-3016), will compete for each order of the $22,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste remediation projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with 16 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City, MO is the contracting activity.
