Set-Aside Alert news analysis:
EEOC reports to resume
Also, systemic bias info
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently announced that EEO-1 data collection will resume in April. It had been paused for a year due to the pandemic. Federal contractors and 1st-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and $50,000 or more in contracts must file.
Also, the EEOC said it is now disclosing its systemic bias cases and has set up a new Web page on how such cases are identified and enforced.
