NAVY

It is estimated that work will be performed on the West Coast (41%); outside the continental U.S. (31%); and the East Coast (28%). This multiple award contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with five offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

      Bering Global Solutions LLC, Anchorage, AK is awarded a maximum-value $44,636,195 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for base operations support services to be performed at Naval Support Activity Northwest Annex, Chesapeake, VA. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with five proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N62470-21-D-0006).

      ACE Maintenance & Services Inc., Austin, TX is awarded a maximum value $90,175,044 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for janitorial services at Naval Support Activity Bethesda, MD. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with three proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N40080-21-D-0004).

      GSE Dynamics Inc., Hauppauge, NY is awarded an $18,889,829 IDI Quantity not-to-exceed contract with firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee task order provisions to manufacture, test and deliver composite structures. The contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with one offer received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity (N64498-21-D-4012).

      Barkley Andross Corp., Hesperia, CA is awarded a maximum value $20,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ job order contract for electrical and other wiring installation projects at various installations located within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest area of responsibility. Work will be performed in the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA; and Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA areas. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.SAM.gov website with eight proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-21-D-2603).

      Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is awarded a $15,480,788 cost-plus-fixed fee and cost-only modification to previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-6204 to exercise options for engineering and technical services for Navy submarines and aircraft carriers. This option exercise is under Small Business Innovation Research Topic N05-051, for software build production, engineering and technical services and includes all material travel, subsistence and incidental material in support of the related production orders and services. Work will be performed in Manassas, VA (30%); Groton, CT (25%); Bremerton, WA (15%); Las Vegas, NV (10%); Cleveland, OH (10%) and other locations. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     NIKA Technologies, Rockville, MD (W912DY-21-D-0017) and Polu Kai Tidewater, Falls Church, VA (W912DY-21-D-0020) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $50,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide medical project support services, facility support services, quantity verification and analysis services, project development support services and commissioning support services. Bids were solicited via the internet with 15 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity.

      InSynergy Engineering, Inc., Honolulu, HI (W9128A-21-D-0010); MK Engineers Ltd., Mililani, HI (W9128A-21-D-0011); and Nakamura Oyama and Associates, Inc., Honolulu, HI (W9128A-21-D-0012), will compete for each order of the $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for an architect-engineer electrical services in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu, HI is the contracting activity.

      Indtai Inc., Vienna, VA was awarded an $8,021,713 modification (P00004) to contract W9124J-20-C-0012 to provide educational support services in education centers located on over 60 Army garrisons in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Japan and the Republic of Korea. Work will be performed in San Antonio, TX. U.S. Army Field Directorate Office, Fort Sam Houston, TX is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     FedMedical Inc., Summerville, SC has been awarded a maximum $30,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for pulse oximeters, exam/surgical lights and related accessories. This was a competitive acquisition with 137 responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE2D1-21-D-0005).
