DOD pilot for worker-owned

      Contracting officers at the Defense Dept. are being invited to submit applications for the DOD’s new pilot program allowing non-competitive awards for certain follow-on contracts to employee-owned companies. The program was authorized in the NDAA for fiscal 2022.
