NAVY

IO Environmental and Infrastructure Inc., San Diego, CA (N62473-16-D-2414); and Patriot JV, National City, CA (N62473-16-D-2415), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract in support of habitat enhancement services at various Navy and Marine Corps installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of responsibility (AOR). The work to be performed provides for natural resource habitat enhancement services to perform needed project site preparation, restoration, revegetation, exotic plant control, erosion control, grading, earth moving, contouring, stabilization, native planting and seeding, site maintenance, weed abatement, biomonitoring, signage, and fencing installation, and other associated tasks. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with seven proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA, is the contracting activity.

Mikros Systems Corp., Princeton, NJ, is being awarded a $48,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide Adaptive Diagnostic Electronic Portable Test Distance Support Sensor Suite (ADSSS) units, associated spare parts, and engineering services for the ADSSS units. The ADSSS is permanently installed hardware and software connected to combat system sensor points for continuous monitoring and upload to the shipboard network. The contract will have both cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-priced orders issued under it. Work will be performed in various locations within the continental U.S. This contract was non-competitively procured under the Small Business Innovation Research program. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA, is the contracting activity (N63394-16-D-0018).

ARMY

Debcon Inc., Ashland, KY, was awarded a $22,837,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the fiscal 2015 Army family housing project. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. Work will be performed at Rock Island, IL, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 19, 2018. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY, is the contracting activity (W912QR-16-C-0018).

Webb Electric Co. of Florida, Pensacola, FL, was awarded an $11,499,889 firm-fixed-price contract for repair circuit six, selected portions. Bids were solicited via the Internet with seven received. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2018. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, OK, is the contracting activity (W912BV-16-C-0037).

John Gallup and Associates LLC, Marietta, GA (W912DR-16-D-0014); Klavon Design Associates Inc., Pittsburgh, PA (W912DR-16-D-0015); and Alliance Consulting Group LLC, Alexandria, VA (W912DW-13-D-1016), were awarded a $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect engineering services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 16 received. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, MD, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Alpha-Omega Change Engineering, Williamsburg, VA (FA7037-16-D-0002); BOSH Global Services, Newport News, VA (FA7037-16-D-0003); FEDITC LLC, Rockville, MD (FA7037-16-D-0004); FGS LLC, La Plata, MD (FA7037-16-D-0005); and Trofholz Technologies Inc., Rocklin, CA (FA7037-16-D-0006), have been awarded a $78,426,203 multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity; hybrid of firm-fixed-price, time, material and cost contract to support weapon systems and command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems information technology services; project management; intelligence support; security office support; staff support; studies, reports, analyses and evaluations; and system engineering and subject matter expert support. Work will be performed primarily at Joint Base Langley-Eustis; Beale AFB; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland; Kadena AB, Japan; Ramstein AB, Germany; Hickam AFB; Osan AB, Korea; and associated Guard and Reserve organizations. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and 14 offers were received. AMIC DET2/PKB, San Antonio, TX, is the contracting agency.

JOINT IMPROVISED-THREAT DEFEAT AGENCY (JIDA)

Zel Technologies Inc., Hampton, VA, has been awarded a $165,272,923 ceiling, cost-plus-award-fee task order under the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business Pool 4 contract to provide JIDA with expertise in research, experimental development, and rapid acquisition; development and fielding of counter-threat technologies; and delivering urgent mission solutions in support of operations throughout the globe. Work will predominantly be performed in Virginia and the National Capital Region; however, contractor personnel will also be embedded as needed with globally deployed U.S. forces. This task order was a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. GSA Federal Systems Integration and Management Center is the contracting activity, in support of JIDA (GSQ0016AJ0017).
