NAVY

     EHS Technologies Corp., Moorestown, NJ (N64498-21-D-0033); Advanced Internet Marketing Inc. doing business as The GBS Group, Virginia Beach, VA (N64498-21-D-0034); Green Expert Technology Inc., Haddonfield, NJ (N64498-21-D-0036); and TDI Technologies Inc., King of Prussia, PA (N64498-21-D-0038), are the small businesses among the eight companies awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract for the procurement of modernization-engineering, life-cycle and in-service engineering to support flight; legacy, modernization and new ship construction; hybrid electric drive; modernization and obsolescence machinery control systems; DDG 51 class ships; cybersecurity; and information assurance, DDG-51 integrated bridge controls systems and fuel control system. The maximum dollar value for all eight contracts is $72,667,301. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, PA. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.SAM.gov website, with eight offers received. The Naval Sea Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

      Aerospace Mass Properties Analysis, North Wales, PA is awarded a $9,391,832 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. This contract provides for ongoing development efforts to upgrade the ultrafast switch technology in support of small business innovation research Phase III, research and development topic N093-164 titled, “Holographic Optical Aperture Gate for Single-pixel and Imaging Light Detection and Ranging systems.” This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(5). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity (N68335-21-C-0452).

      Hatalom Corp., Orlando, FL is awarded a $20,810,678 firm-fixed-price, task order for the indoor simulated marksmanship trainer (ISMT) sustainment services for the ISMT. Work will be performed at multiple Marine Corps installations. This procurement is a competitive task order against the equipment related services multiple award task order contract M67854-21-D-8012 awarded to Hatalom on March 29, 2021. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Training Systems, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity (M67854-21-F-8020).

      Puyenpa Services LLC, Jacksonville Beach, FL is awarded an $8,535,773 firm-fixed-price contract for construction at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA. The work to be performed provides for asphalt milling, resurfacing of asphalt pavement, demolition of existing pavement, sealcoating, stripping, utility box replacement, new signage and incidental work. This contract was procured as a sole-source 8(a) under the Small Business Administration and Department of Defense partnering agreement. Naval Facilities Engineering System Command, SE, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-21-C-0027).

      Global, a 1st Flagship Co., Irvine, CA is awarded an $8,974,465 cost-plus fixed fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-17-C-4410 to exercise Option Period Four to acquire services and material necessary to support and maintain all vessels assigned to the Naval Sea Systems Command, Inactive Ship Maintenance Office, Pearl Harbor, HI. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      Aktarius LLC, Panama City, FL is awarded a $65,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide expertise for all activities associated with the development, production, fielding, sustainment and disposal of shore, expeditionary and oceans systems across the lifecycle for Navy, Marine Corps, Department of Defense and other expeditionary customers. This contract was procured directly to an 8(a) Hawaiian Native-owned company under the solicitation number N39430-21-R-2311. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity (N39430-21-D-2206).

ARMY

     Federal Resources Supply Co., Stevensville, MD was awarded a $17,234,753 firm-fixed-price contract for water trucks, spare parts, training and manuals. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-21-F-0230).

      ModernaTX Inc., Cambridge, MA was awarded a $3,300,000,000 modification (P00007) to contract W911QY-20-C-0100 for 200 million filled drug production doses of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA-1273 Moderna vaccine. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity. (Awarded June 15, 2021)

      LS Marine Inc., St. Paul, MN was awarded a $14,728,550 firm-fixed-price contract for building of six islands, sand benches, marsh habitat and terrestrial plantings. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, MN is the contracting activity (W912ES-21-C-0007).

DLA

     Noble Supply and Logistics, Rockland, MA has been awarded a $263,432,318 fixed-price IDIQ contract with economic-price-adjustment for hardware and abrasives used as spare parts in multiple weapon systems. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. Locations of performance are MA and AZ. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation, Richmond, VA (SPE4AX-21-D-9407).

      Vinyl Technology, Monrovia, CA has been awarded a maximum $17,663,226 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for self-inflating sleeping mats. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-21-D-1464).
