NAVY

     Lyon Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, VA is awarded a $13,489,440 firm-fixed-price contract to provide the management, technical, procurement, production, testing and quality assurance necessary to plan, prepare and execute all maintenance, repair, and alterations required to complete the docking phased maintenance availability onboard the USNS Narragansett (TSV-4). ARMY

     QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA is awarded a $39,955,973 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-18-C-4312). The modification is for the execution planning efforts to support West Coast, East Coast and outside the contiguous U.S. maintenance and sustainment execution contracts for littoral combat ships. The exercise of this option will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $133,427,919. Work will be performed in San Diego, CA (80%); and Virginia Beach, VA (20%). This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with one offer received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-18-C-4312).

      Crown Point Systems Inc., San Diego, CA is awarded a $40,589,278 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract procures up to 33,274 Evertz Microsystems brand name audio-visual video teleconference equipment that will be used to support specialized communication capabilities for global information operations. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal; twelve offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity (N6833522D0024).

      B3 Enterprises LLC, Woodbridge, VA was awarded a $15,801,885 modification (P00018) to contract W9124G-19-C-0006 to provide refuel and defuel services for air fields and stage fields. Work will be performed in Fort Rucker, AL with an estimated completion date of June 26, 2023. US Army Field Directorate Office, Fort Eustis, VA is the contracting activity.

      Texas Power & Associates LLC, Palm Harbor, FL (W912BU-22-D-0012), is the small business among the companies that will compete for each order of the $249,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide power construction and services support. Bids were solicited via the internet with 11 received. US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

      Cadence Contract Services LLC, South Jordan, UT was awarded a $22,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to support the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Drum, New York.       Civil-Military Innovation Institute Inc., Morgantown, WV was awarded a $45,933,265 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to develop and demonstrate a scalable methodology to inform efforts to develop force modernization requirements. Bids were solicited via the internet with 999 received. Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911QX-22-C-0009).

      IronMountain Solutions Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $33,838,769 modification (P00020) to contract W31P4Q-21-F-B001 for technical support for the Utility Helicopters Project Office.       Dignitas Technologies LLC, Orlando, FL was awarded a $99,975,000 hybrid (cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for the Live, Virtual, Constructive Integrating Architecture. DLA

     Alliant Enterprises LLC, Grand Rapids, MI (SPE2DE-22-D-0028, $45,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for dental consumable items for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DE-20-R-0007 and awarded June 10, 2021.
