The US Agency for International Development (USAID) is a US government agency that coordinates economic development and humanitarian aid to foreign countries.
USAID’s OSDBU (Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization) spearheads small business involvement in overseas contracts and agreements. These generally are in partnership with locally-led organizations, US government agencies and the military, researchers, scientists, corporations and universities.
