NAVY

     Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is awarded a $21,103,017 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-19-C-6102) to exercise options for payload control system capabilities for technical insertion advanced processing build. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      AN41-AAK JV LLC, Visalia, CA (N62478-22-D-4012); DSQ-API JV LLP, Waialua, HI (N62478-22-D-4013); Hawk-Niking LLC, Wahiawa, HI (N62478-22-D-4014); Tokunaga-Elite JV LLC, Pearl City, HI (N62478-22-D-4015); and Warfeather-GM JV LLC, Coweta, OK (N62478-22-D-4016), are awarded a combined $98,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award, design-build/design-bid-build construction contract for work at various Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and miscellaneous federal and other facilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of operations. These contracts include options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $98,000,000. Work will be performed the state of HI. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website with nine offers received. NAVFAC Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI is the contracting activity.

      AMP United LLC, Dover, NH; and QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA are the small businesses among the three companies awarded a combined $60,595,843 in firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modifications to previously awarded multiple award contracts N42158-21-D-S001, N42158-21-D-S002, and N42158-21-D-S003 to exercise options (Option Year 1 period of performance: June 3, 2022, to June 2, 2023) for the preservation and maintenance of Navy submarines. The contracts have a base one-year ordering period with four additional optional one-year ordering periods which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $248,692,224 over a five-year period to the three vendors combined. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, VA (80%); and Kittery, ME (20%). These contracts were competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA is the contracting activity.

      T & C Clearing and Railroad Repair Inc., New Bern, NC is awarded a $15,071,469 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for regional maintenance and repair railroad trackage services at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years is $15,071,469. Work will be performed in Jacksonville and Havelock, NC. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-22-D-0051).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

     Strategic Alliance Solutions LLC JV, Fairfax, VA is being awarded a competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract with a total value of $203,869,911. Under this new contract, the contractor will provide support that includes: development, planning, oversight of the facility maintenance, oversight for repair, alteration projects of real property, support of facilities life-cycle management, building operations planning, move coordination, space management and environmental management. The work will be performed at various locations. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the SAM.gov website with six proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity (HQ0858-22-C-0004).

ARMY

     Griffon Aerospace Inc., Madison, AL was awarded a $401,798,544 firm-fixed-price contract for the manufacturing of aerial targets, including support services, related support equipment, mission payload system devices and training. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity (W900KK-22-D-0010).

      Construction Cost Management Inc., Fort Worth, TX (W91278-22-D-0022); Crawford Consulting Services Inc., East Pittsburgh, PA (W91278-22-D-0023); and PCS & MOCA JV LLC, Decatur, GA (W91278-22-D-0024), will compete for each order of the $9,999,999 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services to support cost engineering. Bids were solicited via the internet with 10 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Aeroforce Logistics LLC, Milwaukee, WI has been awarded a maximum $11,821,433 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity long-term contract under solicitation SPE4A2-21-R-0003 for various aircraft structural components. This was a competitive acquisition with 19 responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, VA (SPE4A2-22-D-0011).

      Pentaq Manufacturing Corp., Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, has been awarded a maximum $21,366,113 modification (P00020) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-20-D-1258) with four one-year option periods for various types of trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

DARPA

     SecuriGence LLC, Leesburg, VA has been awarded a $76,494,912 modification (P00009) to previously awarded task order HR001121F0006 for information technology multi-network security services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value to $145,918,043 from $69,423,131. Work will be performed in Arlington, VA. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity.
