Warning on audit schedule

      Attorneys are warning the 250 construction contractors on OFCCP’s recent audit list to respond promptly to their audit schedule letter because OFCCP has cut back on extensions.

      “Contractors “should be prepared to submit full responses to an audit request within 30 days of receiving the scheduling letter,” Littler attorneys wrote in an alert.
