NAVY

     Hart Technologies, Manassas, Virginia (N0017823D4400); and JF Taylor, Lexington Park, Maryland (N0017823D4401), are being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price contract line item numbers for rapid prototyping with a shared ceiling value of $99,097,000 for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems Division. This contract was solicited as a small business set aside on the basis of 10 U.S. Code 3203(b) Exclusion of particular source or restriction of solicitation to small business concerns, via a synopsis posted in System for Award Management. NSWCDD, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

      Advanced Crane Technologies LLC, Reading, Pennsylvania (N6247023D0014); Crane Technologies Group Inc., Rochester Hills, Michigan (N6247023D0015); Garco WEMCO JV, Spokane, Washington (N6247023D0016); HECO Pacific Manufacturing Inc., Union City, California (N6247023D0017); Piedmont Hoist and Crane Inc., Winston Salem, North Carolina (N6247023D0018); Sievert Electric, Forest Park, Illinois (N6247023D0019); and Somatex Inc., Detroit, Maine (N6247023D0020), are awarded a $60,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract to purchase and install new weight handling equipment and to overhaul existing weight handling equipment. This contract was competitively procured via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment website with nine proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

      SyQwest Inc., Cranston, Rhode Island, is awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in the amount of $16,600,000. The contract contains firm-fixed-price contract line items supporting the design, engineering, production, testing, and delivery of one first article test unit, training, first production unit, and production units of the Next Generation Gertrude (NGG) underwater communication device in support of Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems 5. This contract was competitively solicited via the System for Award Management website, with four offers received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, Washington, is the contracting activity (N00253-23-D-6002).

      AMP United LLC, Dover, New Hampshire (N42158-21-D-S001); International Marine and Industrial Applicators LLC, Spanish Fort, Alabama (N42158-21-D-S002); and QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (N42158-21-D-S003), were awarded a combined $53,055,567 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to exercise Option Year Two for the preservation and maintenance of Navy submarines. The contracts have a base one-year ordering period with four additional optional one-year ordering periods which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $248,692,224 over a five-year period. Work for this option year will be performed in Portsmouth, VA (80%); and Kittery, ME (20%). These contracts were competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia, is the contracting activity.       Sterling Shipyard LP, Port Neches, Texas, is awarded a $8,800,550 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-23-C-2244 for the detail design and construction of two additional Fuel Oil Barge (YON) craft and one Crew Familiarization. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Yaeger Architecture Inc., Lenexa, Kansas (W9128F-23-D-0033); and Blair Remy Merrick MP JV LLC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (W9128F-23-D-0034) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $75,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services in support of civil works projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with 17 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.

      Curtin Maritime Corp., Long Beach, California, was awarded a $54,204,676 firm-fixed-price contract for San Juan Harbor construction and maintenance dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. Work will be performed in San Juan, Puerto Rico. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (W912EP-23-C-0017).

      Alltrack Inc., Pendleton, Indiana, was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for railroad maintenance and repair. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army 419th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W91248-23-D-0002).

      Seaward Marine Corp., Norfolk, Virginia, was awarded a $12,936,375 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (W912BU-23-C-0016).

      Entrust Manufacturing Technologies Inc., Menomonee, Wisconsin, was awarded a $9,101,870 firm-fixed-price contract to procure a new guided bore for the production of cannon tubes. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Watervliet, New York. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity (W911PT-23-C-0013).

      Interactive Process Technology LLC, Burlington, Massachusetts, was awarded a $7,891,335 modification (P00008) to contract W31P4Q-23-F-0020 for baseline services and surge data analytics support. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
