The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all five contracts combined is $40,000,000. Manufacturing or crane fabrication includes sites in PA (20%); MI (20%); CA (20%); NC (20%); and ME (20%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with six proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, VA, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

      Alvarez LLC, Tysons Corner, VA was awarded a $7,889,596 modification (0032) to contract W56HZV-15-D-0095 for Tactical Adaptable Light Ordnance Neutralization 5A build parts and spares. Work will be performed in Franklin, MA. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.

      Simulation Technologies Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $20,255,120 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Phase III Small Business Technology Transfer Research High Fidelity Obscurant Modeling for the Aviation & Missile Research Development & Engineering Center. One bid was solicited with one bid received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-18-D-0039).

      Aptima Inc., Woburn, MA was awarded a $19,000,000 hybrid (cost, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and firm-fixed-price) contract for research to provide a means to enhance the Army Research Institute programs of research in the general area of Army personnel development and training.       Star-Glo Industries LLC, East Rutherford, NJ has been awarded a maximum $17,598,831 contract for recoil buffer assemblies. This was a competitive acquisition with 10 bids.
