NAVY

     Avian LLC, Lexington Park, MD is awarded a $10,963,853 modification (P00089) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable contract (N0042117C0049). This modification exercises an option to provide full life cycle program testing and evaluation support for the Systems Test and Experimentation Management Division, Services Integrated System Evaluation Experimentation and Test Department.       ImSAR LLC, Springville, UT is awarded a $7,635,961 modification (P00001) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price order (N6833520F0625) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N6833518G0015). This modification exercises options to provide research, development, procurement, and sustainment of the ground surveillance radar product designated AN/DPY-2(v)1 and (v)2 Split Aces payload system in support of the RQ-21A Blackjack Unmanned Aerial System software. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity.

      Swiftships LLC, Morgan City, LA is awarded a $59,283,807 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-18-C-2401 to exercise an option for the construction of five Landing Craft, Utility 1700 class (1707-1711). Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      Synergy Electric Co. Inc., Santee, CA is awarded a $12,297,117 firm-fixed-price task order N6247321F4691 under a multiple award construction contract to replace generators at Naval Medical Center, Naval Base San Diego. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-19-D-2430).

      Dignitas Technologies, Orlando, FL is awarded a $49,450,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract. This contract provides curriculum analysis, revision, design, format conversion, new curriculum development, and curriculum update of Level I and Level II instructor-lead training, and Level I and Level II interactive multimedia instruction in support of Surface Navy Training Curriculum Modernization. This contract was competitively procured as a woman-owned small business set-aside; 16 offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity (N6134021D0015).

      ACE Engineering Inc., Ontario, CA is awarded a maximum-value $20,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for paving projects located within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command SE area of operations. An initial task order is being awarded at $59,631 for repairs to Davis Road at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. Work will be performed in Pensacola, FL (50%); Milton, FL (20%); and locations in FL and AL (30%). This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website, with two proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (N69450-21-D-0028).

      Pacific Shipyards International LLC, Honolulu, HI was awarded a $16,097,526 cost-plus-award-fee contract for the accomplishment of post shakedown availability for USS Daniel Inouye (DDG 118), with options for PSAs for USS Carl M. Levin (DDG 120) and Frank E. Petersen (DDG 121). This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $49,674,440. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, HI. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside via the beta.sam.gov website, with two offers received. ARMY

     Production Products Manufacturing & Sales Co. Inc., St. Louis, MO was awarded a $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the Force Provider Expeditionary TRICON System. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911QY-21-D-0010).

      Alliance WSP JV LLC, Alexandria, VA (W91278-21-D-0035); HB&A-The Schreifer Group JV, Alexandria, VA (W91278-21-D-0036); Marstel-Day/Atkins MP JV LLC, Fredericksburg, VA (W91278-21-D-0037); and The Urban Collaborative LLC, Eugene, OR (W91278-21-D-0038), will compete for each order of the $9,999,999 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Gil Sewing Corp., Chicago, IL has been awarded a maximum $14,863,500 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract for men’s uniform dress coats. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-21-D-1467).

      Affirmative Solutions, Carrollton, GA has been awarded a maximum $49,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment IDIQ contract under solicitation SPE2DE-18-R-0001 for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog. This was a competitive acquisition with 41 offers received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE2DE-21-D-0027).

      Kampi Components Co. Inc., Fairless Hills, PA has been awarded an estimated $8,401,511 indefinite-quantity contract for vehicle and aircraft battery charging stations, oil change stations and other kits and equipment. This was sole-source acquisition. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime, Columbus, OH (SPE7MX-21-D-0084).
