BA Act in effect May 14
Starting on May 14, federal agencies must ensure that federal spending for infrastructure and other applicable programs complies with the Buy American Act provisions of last year’s $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment Act.
Upcoming contracts for infrastructure will require iron, steel and construction products and 55% of manufactured products to be made within the U.S.
