This contract provides for the production and delivery of up to 16 approach lighting systems, as well as associated accessories, data, interim spares, and engineering support in support of the Expeditionary Airfields program.       Toyon Research Corp., Goleta, CA is awarded an $11,740,396 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract procures the following AN/ALQ-231(V) Intrepid Tiger (IT II) Family of Systems production hardware: 24 (V) 4 maintenance stands; 18 (V) 4 radio frequency (RF) coupler sets (aft); 18 (V) 4 RF coupler sets (forward); seven IT II V3 direction finding array RF coupler sets; and seven IT II V3 RF couplers. Additionally, this contract provides engineering support as well as analyses, development, integration, test, documentation, repair/maintenance, and engineering test support for the Electronic Warfare Center and Electronic Attack. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N6893622D0025).

      Hamer Environmental LP, Mount Vernon, WA (N62742-22-D-1810); Pacific Federal Management Inc., Tumon, Guam (N62742-22-D-1812); Sundance-EA Associates II JV, Pocatello, ID (N62742-22-D-1813); and Sustainable Resources Group International Inc., Kailua, HI (N62742-22-D-1814), are the small businesses among the companies awarded a combined $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award contract for natural resources management services located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific area of operations (AO). The maximum value of all five contracts combined is $49,000,000. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website with six proposals received.       ECS Construction Services Inc., Raymond, ME is awarded a $24,709,771 firm-fixed-price contract for repair or upgrade of Berth 6 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. The contract also contains four unexercised options, which if exercised would increase cumulative contract value to $26,329,778. This contract solicited via the beta.sam.gov website with two non-price proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-22-C-0014).

      Schmidt-Prime Group LLC, Pensacola, FL is awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract (N69450-20-D-0002). This modification provides to increase the not-to-exceed contract price for professional architectural and engineering services. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $47,000,000. Work will be performed within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) SE area of operations. NAVFAC SE, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity.

      Southern Contracting LLC, Newbern, TN was awarded a $24,625,470 firm-fixed-price contract for the demolition of an existing concrete floodwall, roadway, sidewalks and storm drainage utilities, along with the construction of new floodwall and an over-the-levee access ramp in Caruthersville, MO. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Newbern, TN. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis, TN is the contracting activity (W912EQ-22-C-0013).

      Allen, Williford and Seale Inc., Houston, TX (W912BV-22-D-0006); and Valbridge, Houston, TX (W912BV-22-D-0009) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $40,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for appraisal services. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, OK is the contracting activity.

      Howard W. Pence Inc., Elizabethtown, KY was awarded a $15,417,048 firm-fixed-price contract to provide a fully contained indoor firing range and a combat arms training and maintenance facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with nine received. Work will be performed at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL.
