NAVY

     Network and Simulation Technologies Inc., Middletown, RI is awarded a $58,907,543 non-commercial, cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract that will include terms and conditions for the placement of firm-fixed-price task orders for support services for war-gaming, education and research in support of the Naval War College.       Eagle Systems Inc., California, MD is awarded a $26,903,222 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides engineering, technical, administrative and program management support services. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD (75%); Lakehurst, NJ (9%); Point Mugu, CA (3%); Oceana, VA (3%) and various locations within the continental U.S. (10%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal; one offer was received.       QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N64498-21-D-0013); Técnico Corp., Chesapeake, VA (N64498-21-D-0016); Delphinus Engineering Inc., Eddystone, PA (N64498-21-D-0018); Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc., Portsmouth, VA (N64498-21-D-0019); Continental Tide Defense Systems Inc., Wyomissing, PA (N64498-21-D-0021) are the small businesses among the companies awarded a combined maximum dollar value of $778,932,139 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ multiple award contract for the procurement of engineering and technical support services in support of the Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Systems Modernization Program for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division. It is estimated that work will be performed on the East Coast (45%); West Coast (40%); and outside continental U.S. (15%), including CA, CT, FL, HI, NH, OR, VA, WA, Japan, Spain and Bahrain. This multiple award contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with 11 offers received. ARMY

     AMTEC Corp., Janesville, WI was awarded a $92,904,958 modification (PZ0027) to contract W52P1J-17-C-0051 for 40 mm grenade systems, and M385A1 and M918 projectiles. Work will be performed in Janesville and in Clear Lake, SD. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, IL is the contracting activity.

      Aura Technologies LLC, Raleigh, NC was awarded a $49,997,256 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract to design, develop, test and field artificial intelligence for tactical power, operations and advanced manufacturing technologies. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911NF-21-D-0002).

      Sapper Solutions LLC, Mandeville, LA was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for project management support services for efforts related to the water resources programs in south Louisiana. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana, is the contracting activity (W912P8-21-D-0005).

      Caddell Construction Co. (DE) LLC, Montgomery, AL was awarded a $42,614,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Phase II construction of a battalion training complex.       HHI Corp., Ogden, UT was awarded a $22,229,812 firm-fixed-price contract to build a consolidated mission control center at Hill Air Force Base, UT.       Isometrics Inc., Reidsville, NC was awarded a $33,987,835 firm-fixed-price contract for production of the Modular Fuel System - Tank Rack Module. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-21-F-0146).

DARPA

     SEAKR Engineering Inc., Centennial, CO has been awarded a $60,487,495 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the Blackjack Pit Boss Phase Two and Phase Three program. This contract is a competitive acquisition in accordance with the original broad agency announcement HR0011-19-S-0012. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity (HR0011-21-C-0054).

AIR FORCE

     Assured Information Security Inc., Rome, NY has been awarded a $49,904,181 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for Dauntless Cyber Platform/Prototype. This effort is for research, development, integration, testing, evaluation and transition of new and emergent technologies to better equip the warfighter. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY is the contracting activity (FA8750-21-C-1501).
