Section 3610 extended to Sept. 30

      The American Rescue Plan law approved by Congress this month included an extension of Section 3610 of the CARES Act for six additional months--through Sept. 30, 2021.

      Sect. 3610 allows agencies to reimburse contractors for paid leave if workers cannot access facilities or cannot telework due to COVID-19.
