FSS extensions
The General Services Administration issued a final rule, effective on March 28, to amend the General Services Acquisition Regulation to include GSA policies regarding the option to extend Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts.
The final rule incorporates within the GSAR existing internal GSA policies on extending the contract term and performance of task orders beyond the term of the base FSS contract.
