NAVY

      Devine Consulting Inc., Freemont, CA (N00173-18-D-2004); Thermo-analytics Inc., Calumet, MI (N00173-18-D-2005); and EOIR Technologies Inc., Fredericksburg, VA (N00173-18-D-2006), are being awarded combined cumulative $48,500,000 value IDIQ multiple award contracts for the scientific, engineering, and programmatic research and development services for the Signature Technology Office. Work will be performed at the Naval Research Laboratory Washington, DC (90%). This contract was competitively procured under a request for proposal N00173-15-R-JHO2, with four proposals received. The Naval Research Laboratory, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity.

      BST Systems, Plainfield, CT is being awarded a $12,500,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contract with a five-year ordering period for rechargeable 750 AMP per hour silver-oxide zinc battery cells, spare parts kits, and engineering support services related to the silver-oxide zinc cells. This contract is one of two under a multiple award IDIQ with the aggregate ceiling of $12,500,000. The solicitation was competed on a best value basis under full and open competition via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with two offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, IN is the contracting activity (N00164-18-D-JM08).

      Makers Architecture and Urban Design LLP, Seattle, WA is being awarded a maximum amount $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ architect-engineering contract for planning services in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of responsibility (AOR). Work will be performed at various Navy, Marine Corps and government facilities in CA (87%); AZ (5%) and NV (5%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with five proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-18-D-5825).

      ACE Maintenance and Services Inc., Austin, TX is being awarded a $16,143,740 modification under a previously awarded IDIQ contract (N40080-15-D-0305) to exercise option year three for the janitorial services at Naval Support Activity Bethesda. After award of this modification option, the total cumulative contract value will be $61,393,074. Work will be performed in Bethesda, MD. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      Wakelight Technologies Inc., Honolulu, HI was awarded $9,628,561 for firm-fixed-price task order N3225318F3000 under previously awarded contract N00178-14-D-8039 for information technology and cybersecurity services for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $39,716,584. Work will be performed primarily in Pearl Harbor, HI (90%). This contract was competitively procured via SeaPort-e, with three offers received. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility is the contracting activity.

ARMY

      Mayvin Consulting Group Inc., Annandale, VA was awarded a $47,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for scientific, engineering and technical assistance with emphasis in business management, program and project management, logistics support, and engineering for the U.S. Special Operations Command’s Program Manager special programs. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911QY-18-D-0204).

      Capco LLC, Grand Junction, CO (W15QKN-18-D-00035); and Design West Technologies Inc, Tustin, CA (W15QKN-18-D-00036), will share a $38,966,028 hybrid firm-fixed-price contract to procure M205 tripods. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, NJ is the contracting activity.

      Babcock SDV LLC, Arkansas City, KS was awarded a $19,541,800 firm-fixed-price contract for Mississippi River and tributaries, Old River Control, Louisiana; Old River Control Complex 2018 Overbank Structure Outlet Gabion Repairs in Concordia Parish, LA. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Lettsworth, LA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, LA is the contracting activity (W912P8-18-C-0011).

      Matthews Marine Inc., Pass Christian, MS, was awarded a $10,595,225 firm-fixed-price contract for emergency dredging of the Houston Ship Channel, Texas; Carpenters Bayou to Sims Bayou in Harris County, TX. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Work will be performed in Houston, TX. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, TX is the contracting activity (W9126G-18-C-0013).

      Southern Dredging Co. Inc., Charleston, SC was awarded a $7,017,000 firm-fixed-price contract for dredging Navy Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia; and Marine Corps Support Facility, Blount Island, FL. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Work will be performed in St. Marys, GA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (W912EP-18-C-0009).

      Bethel Federal-UNIT JV, Anchorage, AK was awarded a $33,156,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct an F-35A hangar and squadron operations, Aircraft Maintenance Unit Squad No. 2 at Eielson Air Force Base, AK. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Eielson Air Force Base, AK. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Anchorage, AK is the contracting activity (W911KB-18-C-0009).

      Phylway Construction LLC, Thibodaux, LA was awarded an $11,844,750 firm-fixed-price contract for Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Calcasieu Lock.
