NAVY

     Prism Maritime LLC, Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $250,803,495 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-type of contract providing technical and engineering support services for the Alteration Installation Team for various combat systems of Navy Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $250,803,495. This contract was competitively procured, as a small business set-aside, via the System for Award Management website, with three offers received. NSWC PHD, Port Hueneme, California, is the contracting activity (N63394-23-C-0004).

      Katmai Management Services LLC, Anchorage, Alaska, is awarded a $97,548,030 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract to provide role player and subject-matter expert support services for the Marine Corps to provide warfighter training. This contract was procured as a directed sole-source award under the auspices of the Small Business Administration 8(a) Program. The Marine Corps System Command, Training Systems, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (M67854-23-D-8020).

      Cherokee Nation Management and Consulting LLC, Catoosa, Oklahoma, is awarded a $29,966,304 modification to previously awarded firm-fixed price, time-and-materials contract M67004-21-C-0001 for logistics services to manage, support, and operate the Marine Corps Consolidated Storage Program warehouse network. The total cumulative face value of this contract is $84,728,351. Work will be performed in Barstow, CA (23%); Camp Lejeune, NC (18%); Camp Pendleton, CA (13%); Okinawa, Japan (10%); Miramar, CA (9%); and various other locations in AZ, CA, HI, NC, SC and Japan. The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, Georgia, is the contracting activity (M67004-21-C-0001).

      Agile-Bot II LLC, Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $14,595,470 modification to exercise Option Two to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N66001-21-C-0043) for advanced cyber support services in support of the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group. The contract included a one-year base period and four one-year option periods which, if exercised, would bring the value to $72,996,224. Work will be performed in Quantico, Virginia. This contract was competitively procured via Request for Proposal N66001-18-R-0011 and was published on the FBO website and the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific e-Commerce Central website. Five offers were received. The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     ACT II Services LLC, Columbia, Maryland (W91278-23-D-0023); Accura Engineering and Consulting Services Inc., Atlanta, Georgia (W91278-23-D-0022); APSI Construction Management, Irvine, California (W91278-23-D-0024); and Resilient LLC JV, New Orleans, Louisiana (W91278-23-D-0025); are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services. Bids were solicited via the internet with 25 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

      Wilco Inc., Madison, Wisconsin, was awarded a $7,640,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct longitudinal peaked stone dikes, transverse stone dikes and stone tiebacks. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg, Mississippi, is the contracting activity (W912EE-23-C-0006).

      Chenega Base & Logistics Services LLC, San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $110,048,629 firm-fixed-price contract for base operations support services for Fort Wainwright and surrounding training areas. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Shafter, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (W912CN-23-D-0009).

      Maloney-Odin A JV, Novato, California, was awarded a $30,951,727 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a seepage cutoff wall. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Sacramento, California. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, is the contracting activity (W91238-23-C-0004).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     Treen Box & Pallet Inc., Mifflintown, Pennsylvania (SPE8EF-23-D-0005); Cutter Lumber Products, Livermore, California (SPE8EF-23-D-0006); and Just Packaging Inc., New Carlisle, Indiana (SPE8EF-23-D-0007), are sharing a maximum $34,833,521 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment IDIQ contract under solicitation SPE8EF-22-R-0001 for various types of wood pallets. This was a competitive acquisition with seven responses received. Locations of performance are Arkansas, Michigan and Ohio. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

      Magpul Industries Corp., Austin Texas, has been awarded a maximum $20,076,393 firm-fixed-price contract for gun magazines. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-23-D-0035).

      Atlantic Diving Supply Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (SPE2DE-23-D-0014, $49,000,000) has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical and surgical supplies for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronics Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DE-18-R-0001.

      City Light & Power Inc., Greenwood Village, Colorado, has been awarded a maximum $39,532,350 modification (P00049) to a 50-year contract (SP0600-14-C-8291) for electric operation and maintenance services. Performance is in Utah. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
