Bids were solicited via the Internet, with 19 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity.

EPC Service Inc., Waipahu, HI (W912DY-15-D-0009); Infotec Systems Corp., Summerville, SC (W912DY-15-D-0010); SEI Group Inc., Huntsville, AL (W912DY-15-D-0011); and Spectrum Solutions Inc., Madison, AL (W912DY-15-D-0012) have all been added as awardees to previously announced (Aug. 25, 2014) $2,500,000,000, multiple-award, firm-fixed-price contract capacity for services necessary to perform the procurement and installation of utility monitoring and control systems, and similar services worldwide. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 14 received. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity.

Advanced Telemetry Systems Inc., Isanti, MN was awarded a $8,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with options for Juvenile Salmon Acoustic Telemetry transmitters for implantation in adult and juvenile salmonids, kelt steelhead and Pacific lamprey for fish passage and survival studies by the Army Corps of Engineers. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla, WA is the contracting activity (W912EF-15-D-0002).

NAVY

Choctaw Manufacturing Defense Contractor, McAlester, OK is being awarded $12,530,956 for delivery order 0017 under an existing firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (M67854-09-D-5024) for the procurement of 569 Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement modular production trailers and water dispensing system production units. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5). The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity.

Altus Systems and Technologies LLC, Odenton, MD is being awarded a $17,323,648 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the operation and maintenance of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s Weapons Survivability Laboratory. Work will be performed primarily at NAWCWD China Lake, CA (95%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside; five offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N68936-15-C-0016).

DeVal Corp., Philadelphia, PA is being awarded a $10,250,000 fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of MHU-191A/M munitions transporter wheels and brake cables. This contract was solicited via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set aside; one offer was received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity (N68335-15-D-0010).

Assured Space Access Technologies Inc., Gilbert, AZ is being awarded a $19,943,982 contract; Del Rey Systems and Technology Inc., San Diego, CA is being awarded an $18,075,584 contract; and Forward Slope Inc., San Diego, CA is being awarded a $19,090,075 contract. All three awards are part of a indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide in-service engineering agent functions. Work will be performed primarily in San Diego, CA (90%). The contractors will compete for task orders. This contract was competitively procured via 100% small business set-aside solicitation via publication on the FBO.gov website and the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website, with four proposals received and three selected for award. TRANSCOM

Ten companies have each been awarded an estimated $114,021,106 second option year modification P00009 under an IDIQ fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for category A international commercial air cargo transportation service. The small business awardees are Kalitta Air LLC, Leesburg, VA (HTC711-13-D-C004); Miami Air International Inc., Miami, FL (HTC711-13-D-C005); National Air Cargo Group Inc., Orlando, FL (HTC711-13-D-C006); and Omni Air International Inc., Tulsa, OK (HTC711-13-D-C008). Funds will be obligated through decentralized orders. The U.S. Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, IL is the contracting activity.
