NAVY

     Colonna's Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, VA (N00024-22-D-4401); East Coast Repair & Fabrication LLC, Norfolk, VA (N00024-22-D-4402); and Mission Readiness Group, doing business as EPSILON Systems Solutions Inc., Norfolk, VA (N00024-22-D-4403) are the small businesses among the companies awarded a firm-fixed price IDIQ multiple award contract with a combined ceiling of $639,802,301 for complex repair, maintenance and modernization requirements of non-nuclear Navy surface combatant-class ships (CG and DDG) homeported in or visiting Norfolk, VA. The multiple award contract was competitively procured using full and open competition with six offers received via the beta.sam.gov website. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      The same companies were the small businesses among the companies awarded a firm-fixed price IDIQ multiple award contract for a combined ceiling of $337,609,760 for complex repair, maintenance and modernization requirements of non-nuclear Navy amphibious-class ships (LHA, LHD, LPD and LSD) homeported in or visiting Norfolk, VA. The multiple award contract was competitively procured using full and open competition with six offers received via the beta.sam.gov website. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.

      Reid Middleton, Everett, WA is awarded a $100,000,000 IDIQ contract for civil and structural architecture-engineering services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of operations. Work will be performed in WA (75%); AK (22%) and other areas in the US and worldwide. This contract was competitively procured via the Contract Opportunities website with six proposals received. NAVFAC Northwest, Silverdale, WA, is the contracting activity (N44255-22-D-1500).

      Katmai Technical Services LLC, Anchorage, AK is awarded a $21,126,941 firm-fixed-price contract for Ground Training Systems Support-West. The work to be performed provides range management services to include systems operation, equipment maintenance, inventory management and landscaping. Work will be performed at multiple Marine Corps installations. This contract was a sole source acquisition under the authority of 15 U.S. Code 637(a). Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity (M67854-22-C-8012).

      Stauder Technologies, St. Peters, MO is awarded a $49,153,397 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides for the development and delivery of software enhancements to the Joint Effects Coordination Link family of digital interoperability software and plugins for the digital precision strike suite family of applications for the Dept. of Defense and allied forces. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) — only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N6893622D0014).

ARMY

     Ology Bioservices Inc., Alachua, FL was awarded a $176,286,308 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to advance the botulinum antitoxin monoclonal antibody cocktail (Anti-BoNT A/B Drug Product G03-52-01) to Food and Drug Administration licensure. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911SR-22-D-0009).

      Structural Associates Inc., East Syracuse, NY was awarded a $28,762,800 firm-fixed-price contract for construction for the fuel hydrant repair project at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Niagara Falls, NY. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY is the contracting activity (W912QR-22-C-0011).

      Torch Technologies Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded an $11,570,820 modification (P00020) to contract W31P4Q-21-F-0038 for engineering services. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.

      SPECPRO Environmental Services, Oak Ridge, TN was awarded an $8,182,466 modification (P00006) to contract W912DY-20-F-0048 for maintenance and minor repair of petroleum systems and facilities. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Aurora Industries, Camuy, PR has been awarded a maximum $56,264,533 modification (P00024) exercising the third one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-19-D-1128) with three one-year option periods for various types of coats and trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

      SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL has been awarded a maximum $60,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Locations of performance are South Korea and IL. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8E3-22-D-0010).

      Satair USA Inc., Miami, FL has been awarded an estimated $7,779,143 indefinite-quantity contract for aircraft storage batteries. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. Locations of performance are FL and TX. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, OH (SPE7LX-22-D-0049).
