 CIO-SP4 loses in protests

The National Institutes of Health has had another setback in its upcoming CIO-SP4 procurement after the Government Accountability Office upheld a second group of protests recently. NIH officials are planning “corrective action to reevaluate all proposals, consistent with the decision,” the agency said in a statement.

Meanwhile, CIO-SP3 has been extended again, to April 29, 2024.
