NAVY

     Enfield Enterprise LLC, Springfield, Massachusetts, is awarded a $24,146,635 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for roofing repair, or replacement, at various government sites at Naval Station Newport. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and all option periods, is $24,146,635. Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island.       Bay Marine JV LLC, Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $10,288,970 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220523C4029) for a 95-calendar day shipyard availability for the mid term availability of Military Sealift Command’s fleet replenishment oiler USNS Joshua Humphreys (T-AO 188). Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia. This contract was competitively procured via the sam.gov website and six offers received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

      East Coast Repair & Fabrication LLC, Newport News, Virginia (N4215823D0001); and Lyon Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, Virginia (N4215822D0002), are each awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of services required to perform a broad range of repairs and alterations, preservation, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) equipment and systems aboard Navy vessels. These contracts are additions to the HM&E program resulting in five contractors. East Coast Repair & Fabrication and Lyon Shipyard are each being awarded $15,000,000, and if all options are exercised, the total value will be $70,000,000. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, VA (60%); Norfolk, VA (20%); Virginia Beach, VA (10%); Charleston, SC (5%); and Kings Bay, GA (5%). This contract was competitively procured via the SAM website, with 11 offers received. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

      Alabama Shipyard LLC, Mobile, Alabama, is awarded a $10,729,026 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220523C0189) for an 81-calendar day shipyard availability for the mid-term availability of Military Sealift Command’s fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Lenthall (T-AO 189). This contract was a small business set-aside solicited via the sam.gov website and six offers were received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N3220523C0189).

     Applied Training Solutions, Greensburg, Pennsylvania (W900KK-23-D-0004); Check Defense, Raleigh, North Carolina (W900KK-23-D-0011); FITT Scientific LLC, Colonial Heights, Virginia (W900KK-23-D-0007 and W900KK-23-D-0013); and MP Solutions LLC, Alexandria, Virginia (W900KK-23-D-0009 and W900KK-23-D-0014); are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $610,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for realistic live, virtual, constructive and gaming integrated training and program support.       ADVON Corp., Tallahassee, Florida (W912HP-23-D-4000); Boyer Commercial Construction Inc., Columbia, South Carolina (W912HP-23-D-4001); Billy W. Jarrett Construction Co. Inc., Montgomery, Alabama (W912HP-23-D-4002); MIG WMJ JV1 LLC, Virginia Beach, Virginia (W912HP-23-D-4003); and Valiant Construction LLC, Louisville, Kentucky (W912HP-23-D-4004), will compete for each order of the $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for general construction. Bids were solicited via the internet with 11 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.

      International Towers LLC, Saint Ignatius, Montana, was awarded a $24,164,614 firm-fixed-price contract for equipment repair, renovation and installation. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Barstow, California. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, Washington, is the contracting activity (W912DW-23-C-0013).

      Dubuque Barge and Fleeting Service Co., doing business as Newt Marine Service, Dubuque, Iowa, was awarded an $8,654,530 firm-fixed-price contract to construct an island in the Mississippi River in order to increase floodplain forest and fish overwintering areas. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Bay City, WI. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, Minnesota, is the contracting activity (W912ES-23-C-0009).

      Tompco Inc., Seabeck, Washington, was awarded an $8,979,449 firm-fixed-price contract for wharf repair. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Concord, California. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, is the contracting activity (W91238-23-C-0022).

      General Constructors Inc. of the Quad Cities, Bettendorf, Iowa, was awarded an $8,360,706 firm-fixed-price contract for a flood-risk-management project. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W912EK-23-C-0030).

DLA

     LiteFighter Tactical LLC, Roswell, Georgia, has been awarded a maximum $200,000,000 firm-fixed-price, IDIQ contract for commercial shelters and related components. This was a competitive acquisition with seven offers received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-23-D-0051).
