 Changes in effect Dec. 19

     	An interim final rule raising the net worth limits for applicants to be eligible for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Economically-Disadvantaged Women-Owned Business (EDWOSB) programs goes into effect on Dec. 19. For both programs:

-  Adjusted net worth threshold rises to $850,000, from $750,000;
 -  Adjusted gross income threshold increases to $400,000, from $350,000;
 - And the total assets threshold goes up to $6.5 million, from $6 million.

     	The Defense Dept. issued a class deviation to implement. The rule also raises receipts-based size standards.
