      Mnemonics Inc., Melbourne, FL is awarded a $49,953,129 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the execution of specific radio frequency and infrared engineering, analytical, and technical efforts to support evolving timing technology. Work will be performed in the Washington, DC area. This contract was not competitively procured. The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N0017323D6000).

      TyBe-Garney Federal JV LLC, Newbern, TN is awarded a $21,395,660 firm-fixed-price contract for design and installation of a potable water distribution system at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, South Potomac, MD. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with two proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Washington, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N40080-23-C-0001).

      East Coast Repair & Fabrication LLC, Newport News, VA is awarded a $10,023,222 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220523C4067) for a 90-calendar day shipyard availability of Military Sealift Command’s cable laying USNS Zeus (T-ARC 7). This contract includes a base period and nine options, which if exercised, would increase cumulative value of this contract to $10,951,425. This contract was a total small business set aside with proposals solicited via the Government Point of Entry website and six proposals received.      Ajanta Consulting LLC, San Antonio, TX was awarded a $29,617,180 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for inspection, operation, maintenance, repair, reconstruction and rehabilitation of project facilities and features managed by the Army Corps of Engineers' Vicksburg District. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in several locations in MS.       Seres-Arcadis SB JV2 LLC, Charleston, SC (W912WJ-23-D-0004); Hana-Bay West 8a II JV LLC, North Chesterfield, VA (W912WJ-23-D-0005); SRS Battelle JV LLC, Milwaukee, WI (W912WJ-23-D-0006); EAS E&E JV LLC, Richland, WA (W912WJ-23-D-0007); Mabbett & Associates Inc., Stoneham, MA (W912WJ-23-D-0008); and Bluestone Environmental Group Inc., Malvern, PA (W912WJ-23-D-0009) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $90,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste services. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     M&M Manufacturing LLC, Lajas, PR has been awarded a maximum $9,969,600 modification (P00006) exercising the first one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-22-D-1517) with four one-year option periods for various types of coats and trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

DARPA

      Chenega Infinity LLC, Chantilly, VA has been awarded a $9,575,934 modification (P00013) to previously awarded contract HR001118C0151 for physical security support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $47,314,065 from $37,738,131. Work will be performed in Arlington, VA. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity.
