New Polaris protest in court

Two companies have filed a lawsuit seeking a pre-award injunction of the GSA’s Polaris IT services GWAC.

The plaintiffs, who filed their complaint with the US Court of Federal Claims, are SH Synergy and VCH Partners, according to a report by FedScoop. VCH Partners is an SBA Mentor-Protege joint venture with Visual Connections as the protege and Harmonia Holdings as mentor.

The protesters claim the Polaris RFP violates regulations by restricting the number of mentor-protégé joint ventures that can submit proposals.
