Independent contractor comments extended

      The comment period for DOL’s proposed rollback of the Trump-era independent contractor rule has been extended to Dec. 13.

Industry group backs TDR

      Roger Waldron, president of the Coalition for Government Procurement, a non-profit industry group, strongly backed the GSA’s Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) pricing initiative in a recent letter to GSA officials. He also urged expansion of TDR, with training.

      The CGP’s input followed the GSA IG’s advice on Sept. 30 to terminate TDR.
