OASIS+ gets 8th update

      GSA released the eighth program update for its OASIS+ multi-agency professional services and human capital contract. It’s the final program update before release of the RFP.

      The GSA named these updated draft domains for small offerors:

• Intelligence;
• Logistics; and
• Research and Development

      Evaluation criteria for each domain also was published, along with a list of NAICS and PSC codes being considered to demonstrate project relevance for specific projects.

      The GSA’s announcement included links to all eight program updates for OASIS.
