NAVY

     Nakupuna Solutions LLC, Arlington, VA is awarded a $47,002,572 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides program and project management, administrative, analytical, and corporate operations support services for the Naval Air Systems Command, Command Property Office in support of audit related activities. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD (50%); and Arlington, VA (50%). This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to DFARS Subpart 19.8.       Wigen Companies Inc., Chaska, MN is awarded an $8,957,711 firm-fixed-price contract to repair two reverse osmosis units at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. The contract also contains five unexercised options, which if exercised would increase the cumulative contract value to $10,074,016. This was a sole source acquisition using statutory authority 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.       Walga Ross Group JV, Joplin, MO is awarded a $19,978,980 firm-fixed-price task order (N6945021F0659) under a multiple award construction contract for the repair of potable water lines and an elevated storage tank at Naval Air Station (NAS) Corpus Christi, TX. Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, SE, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-19-D-1084).

      The Ross Group Contracting Corp., Tulsa, OK is awarded a $10,561,780 firm-fixed price task order (N6247321F5363) under a multiple award construction contract for design and repair of hydrant fuel system and pavement at Travis Air Force Base, CA. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-18-D-5827).

      Leebcor Services LLC, Williamsburg, VA is awarded a firm-fixed-price task order (N6945021F0668) for $14,893,445 under a multiple award construction contract for repairs to buildings at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL. The work to be performed provides for the design build repair of Buildings 607, 648, 680, 3690, and 3912 damaged during Hurricane Sally. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command SE, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-17-D-0508).

      R.A. Burch Construction Co., Inc., Ramona, CA is awarded a $54,921,192 firm fixed-price task order (N6247321F5334) under a multiple award construction contract for the design and construction of an aerial port squadron materiel warehouse at Travis Air Force Base, CA. The task order also contains 12 unexercised options, which if exercised, would increase cumulative task order value to $76,136,657. Work will be performed in Fairfield, CA. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-18-D-5852).

      Katmai Management Services LLC, Anchorage, AK is awarded a $44,462,174 firm-fixed-price, single award IDIQ contract for Role Player and Subject Matter Expert Support Services. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity (M67854-21-D-8050).

ARMY

     EMR Inc., Niceville, FL was awarded an $18,189,000 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction of commercial gates at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. Bids were solicited via the internet with 11 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity (W91278-21-C-0032).

      Technology, Automation & Management Inc., Fairfax, VA was awarded a $47,022,794 firm-fixed-price contract for Program Executive Office Aviation information technology support services. Bids were solicited via the internet with 34 received. Work will be performed in Huntsville, AL. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W9124P-21-F-0693).

      Meridian Engineering Co., Tucson, AZ was awarded an $8,980,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct multiple high-water crossings across the Vamori Wash. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Sells, AZ. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, CA is the contracting activity (W912PL-21-C-0022).

      Empire Equipment Services Inc., Santa Ana, CA was awarded a $24,495,408 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a dike flood-control structure. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Corona, CA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, CA is the contracting activity (W912PL-21-C-0018).

DARPA

     Radiance Technologies Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $13,169,089 modification (P00007) to exercise an option to previously awarded contract HR0011-20-C-0146 for the Secure Advanced Framework for Simulation and Modeling (SAFE-SiM) program. Defense Advanced Research Agency, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity.
