GSA releases RFPs for SDVOSB & HUBZ pools in Polaris GWAC
The General Services Administration on Sept. 16 published solicitations for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) and HUBZone small business pools of the Polaris governmentwide (GWAC) IT services and solutions contract.
Proposals are due by Nov. 4.
GSA officials said Polaris is the first to have four small business pools. The small business and women-owned small business pool solicitations for Polaris were released earlier this year.
Polaris will have more focus on emerging technologies. Other features of the contract include:
- A technical refresh clause that can be triggered as needed to adapt to customer requirements;
- No contract ceiling;
- No pricing at the contract level; and
- Participating firms will compete for task orders.
