Time extended for FOIA data

Deadline is now Oct. 19

      The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has extended the deadline for contractors to submit written objections to disclosure of their Type 2 EEO-1 Reports containing demographic and racial data on their workforces. The new deadline is Oct. 19.

      The data have been requested by a journalist under the Freedom of Information Act. OFCCP said it will email vendors it believes are affected.
