NAVY

     Kranze Technology Solutions Inc., Des Plaines, IL is awarded an $11,174,373 modification (P00008) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001920F0187) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0004). This modification exercises an option for the production, delivery and installation of 18 retrofit kits and non-recurring engineering in support of the V-22 Mesh Network Manager upgrade.       Colonna’s Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, VA (N00024-22-C-4319), is awarded a $32,222,891 firm-fixed-price contract for the completion of the Chief of Naval Operations docking service craft overhaul availability under the Shippingport Auxiliary Repair Dry Dock Medium program. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, which resulted in one offeror. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.

      OER Services LLC, Elk Grove Village, IL (N4215822D0006) and Native Instinct LLC, Boynton, FL (N4215822D0005) are the small businesses among the three companies awarded a combined $39,823,647 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for the procurement rental of approximately 300 individual pieces of material handling equipment to support operational requirements, repair, maintenance, and overhaul of aircraft carriers, submarines, and any other vessel tasked to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, annexes, and Naval Station Norfolk. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, VA (90%); and Norfolk, VA (10%). This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with five offers received.       Advanced Systems and Software Engineering Technologies LLC, Ridgecrest, CA is awarded a $292,310,598 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable IDIQ contract. This contract provides system engineering, analysis, research, development, logistics, configuration and data management services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s aircraft integrated product teams. Work will be performed in China Lake, CA (86.5%); Eglin Air Force Base, FL (7%); Ridgecrest, CA (5%); and other locations. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; three offers were received.       Global, A 1st Flagship Co., Newport Beach, CA is awarded an $8,136,035 cost-plus fixed-fee contract to acquire services and material necessary to support and maintain all vessels assigned to the Naval Sea Systems Command Inactive Ship Maintenance Office in Bremerton, WA and active vessels assigned to the Detachment in San Diego, CA. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $57,886,359. Work will be performed in Bremerton, WA (70%); and San Diego, CA (30%). This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-22-C-4202).

      Aktarius LLC, Panama City, FL is awarded a $19,023,894 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides training support services to conduct and present training materials, user manuals, and user training on the upgraded and enhanced Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine, the Kinetic Integrated Lightweight Software Individual Tactical Combat Handheld, and the Android Precision Assault Strike Suite applications for Digital Precision Strike Service customers. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 637 Tribal 8(a) Small Business. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N6893622D0015).

      RMA Architects Inc., Honolulu, HI is awarded a $50,000,000 IDIQ architect-engineer contract for architect-engineer services for architectural projects at various locations under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website with three proposals received. NAVFAC Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI is the contracting activity (N62742-22-D-0001).

ARMY

     Underwater Mechanix Services LLC, Jacksonville, FL was awarded an $8,231,000 firm-fixed-price contract for dredging of the Big Fishweir Creek and Little Fishweir Creek. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (W912EP-22-C-0011).

      EA Engineering, Science, and Technology Inc. PBC, Hunt Valley, MD, was awarded a $7,813,769 modification (P00003) to contract W912BV-20-C-0016 for environmental remediation services. Work will be performed in several locations in OK. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, OK is the contracting activity.

      Jabez-Absher Small Business JV, Orting, WA was awarded a $29,004,500 firm-fixed-price contract to repair and reconfigure existing barracks. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, WA is the contracting activity (W912DW-22-C-0011).

      RL Alvarez Construction LLC, Clarksville, TN was awarded a $100,000,000 modification (P00007) to contract W91248-18-D-0009 for construction services. Bids were solicited via the internet with 20 received. U.S. Army 419th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Campbell, KY is the contracting activity.
