NAVY

      PrimeTech International Inc., North Kansas City, MO, is being awarded a $19,185,938 firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials bridge contract for a six-month base period with three one-month option periods for logistics services to manage, support and operate the Marine Corps Consolidated Storage Program warehouse network. Work will be performed in Barstow, CA (23%); Camp Lejeune, NC (18%); Camp Pendleton, CA (13%); Okinawa, Japan (10%); Miramar, CA (9%); Camp Geiger, NC (7%) and other locations. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1); only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA is the contracting activity (M67004-20-P-2004).

      Bethel-Tech Pacific JV, Anchorage, AK (N62473-20-D-1113); ECC Environmental, Burlingame, CA (N62473-20-D-1114); and CAPE-Weston, Irvine, CA (N62473-20-D-1115), are awarded a $240,000,000 firm-fixed price IDIQ multiple award contract for environmental remediation projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) SW area of responsibility. This includes AK, AZ, CA, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA and other locations nationwide. The maximum dollar value for all three contracts combined is $240,000,000. Bethel-Tech Pacific JV is being awarded an initial task order at $189,037 to evaluate land use controls at Marine Corps Logistic Base, Barstow, CA. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website and 18 proposals were received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

      Krempp Construction Inc., Jasper, IN is awarded an $35,000,000 maximum amount IDIQ contract for magazine and inert building maintenance and repairs at the Naval Support Activity Crane, IN. This contract was competitively procured via the Contract Opportunities website and three proposals were received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-20-D-0080).

AIR FORCE

      Apogee Research LLC, Arlington, VA has been awarded a $41,663,526 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00001) to contract FA8750-20-C-1510 for deliverables that include software and technical reports. The contract modification is for the development and testing of technologies to enable the transition of system technology integration tool chain for heterogeneous electronic systems. Work will be performed in Arlington, VA; Menlo Park, CA; Woburn, MA; and Malden, MA. Total cumulative face value of the contract is $48,250,998. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Duopross Meditech Corp., Farmingdale, NY was awarded a $48,310,000 firm-fixed-price contract for safety needles/syringes in support of the COVID-19 pandemic response and Operation Warp Speed. Bids were solicited via the internet with 16 received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911SR-20-C-0045).

      Bates Engineers/Contractors Inc., Bainbridge, GA was awarded a $46,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for rehabilitation, modernization, construction and related work for the North Alabama Area Office Region. Bids were solicited via the internet with 23 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity (W91278-20-D-0072).

      Iron Mountain Solutions Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $15,541,629 modification (000148) to contract W31P4Q-17-A-0001 for technical support for the Utility Helicopter Project Office. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.

      DR Reed and Associates Inc., Nederland, CO was awarded a $9,800,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architecture and engineering services for civil works projects at various locations in the Los Angeles District. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, CA is the contracting activity (W912PL-20-D-0032).

      JF Brennan Company Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin, was awarded a $13,617,770 firm-fixed-price contract for dredging of Duluth-Superior Harbor.
