NAVY

Precision Turbines Inc., Boca Raton, Florida, is being awarded a $30,205,017 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery requirements contract for the procurement of performance-based contractor logistics support for the C-26 aircraft. Bravura Information Technology Systems Inc., Aberdeen, Maryland, was awarded a $305,738,346 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Persistent Surveillance Systems - Tethered support. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W56KGY-16-D-0035).

ETCON Inc., Gatesville, Texas, was awarded a $15,645,344 firm-fixed-price contract for miscellaneous paving requirements with an estimated completion date of Aug. 1, 2017. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Army Contracting Command, Ft. Hood, Texas, is the contracting activity (W91151-16-D-0017).

Spider Strategies Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, was awarded a $42,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for support of the Army Office of Business Transformation's Strategic Management Support Program Office. One bid was solicited with one received. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W91CRB-16-D-0024).

KW-HHI JV, Clearfield, Utah, was awarded an $8,099,863 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction of nine modular storage magazines (Hayman-type igloos) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Ogden, Utah, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 15, 2018. Pioneering Decisive Solutions Inc., California, Maryland (P00004); Total Technology Inc., Cherry Hill, New Jersey (P00005); and McConnell Jones Lanier and Murphy, Huntsville, Alabama (P00006), will share in a $29,998,000 modification to contracts W15QKN-13-D-0015, 0016, and 0017, respectively, for programmatic ceiling increase on the automated testing system testing/diagnostics and net centric support multiple award contract. Estimated completion date is Feb. 1, 2017. Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

Continental Mapping Consultants, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, was awarded a $12,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services for photogrammetric surveying and mapping. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 25 received. Estimated completion date is Aug. 3, 2021. Army Corps of Engineers, Saint Louis, Missouri, is the contracting activity (W912P9-16-D-0021).

Health Facility Solutions Co., San Antonio, Texas, was awarded an $8,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction management services with a three-year base period and two, one-year option periods. Bowers and Kubota Consulting, Waipahu, Hawaii, was awarded a $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract with options for program and project management technical support services for the U.S. Army Pacific Region Medical Command. AIR FORCE

8(a)-certified The Rockhill Group Inc., Molino, Florida, has been awarded a $7,610,538 fixed-price with cost-reimbursable line items contract for air and ground training support. Contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services that are required to support MQ-1/9 RPA with air and ground intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. Work will be performed at Holloman Air Force Base, Creech AFB, March Air National Guard Base, and Hancock ANGB, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2017.
