NAVY

     Management Services Group Inc. – Global Technical Systems, Virginia Beach, VA is awarded a $12,373,358 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee term modification to previously awarded contract N6339419C0008 to exercise options for the procurement of ordnance alteration kits, engineering services, supportability and life cycle support for the Common Processing System equipment. Work will be performed primarily in Virginia Beach, VA (96%). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity.

      Synectic Solutions Inc., Oxnard, CA is awarded a $38,791,802 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides multiple services and resources in support of the life cycle logistics of conventional ordnance weapons components and weapons systems for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division Sustainment Group Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Department. Work will be performed in China Lake, CA. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; one offer was received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N6893622D0036).

      Empire Hospitality LLC, Vancouver, WA is awarded an $11,298,878 firm-fixed-price contract to provide long-term lodging for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard San Diego Detachment personnel. Work will be performed in Naval Base Point Loma San Diego, CA. This contract was competitively procured via beta.sam.gov, with five total offers received. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME is the contracting activity (N3904022C0018).

      DSA LLC, Gadsden, AL is awarded a $10,365,515 firm-fixed-price modification to previous IDIQ contract N40080-20-D-0303. The modification provides for the exercise of Option 2 for grounds maintenance and snow removal at installations within Naval District Washington, DC. After award of this option, the total cumulative contract value will be $30,307,373. Work will be performed in MD (48%); Washington, DC (34%); and VA (18%). The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      RIBCRAFT USA LLC, Marblehead, MA is awarded a $9,721,610 modification to previously awarded IDIQ contract N00024-19-D-2220 to exercise options for the acquisition of Expeditionary 11 Meter Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Tatitlek Training Services Inc., Anchorage, AK was awarded a $10,714,324 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to augment the Army Sustainable Readiness Model for deployment and redeployment of service members as they rotate in and out of theater. One bid was solicited with one bid received. Work will be performed at Fort Bliss, Fort Sam Houston, TX is the contracting activity (W9124J-22-C-0018).

      Spider Strategies Inc., Arlington, VA was awarded a $16,426,741 firm-fixed-price contract for strategic management system support services. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, MD is the contracting activity (W91CRB-22-D-0010).

      Re-Engineered Business Solutions Inc., Cocoa, FL was awarded a $19,750,651 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for labor, equipment, fuel, supplies, transportation, supervision, and management to inspect, operate, maintain, repair and rehabilitate flood-control facilities. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in MS. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg, MS is the contracting activity (W912EE-22-C-0004).

AIR FORCE

     Raft LLC, Reston, VA has been awarded an $8,939,811 firm-fixed-price contract for cyber operations. The contract provides software development services used to expand current product lines. Services include software development, patch software packages, data analytics, data archive and retrieval, security implementation, software customization necessary for mission deployment, and other directed product increment software changes. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, CO. This award is the result of a competitive Small Business Set-Aside acquisition; four proposals were received. Space Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, CA is the contracting activity (FA8806-22-F-0004).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL has been awarded a maximum $60,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a 184-day bridge contract with no option periods. Location of performance is South Korea, with a Jan. 15, 2023, ordering period end date. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8E3-22-D-0011).

      Connectec Co., Inc., Irvine, CA has been awarded a maximum $59,251,500 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for power distribution. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, MI (SPRDL1-22-D-0041).

      Kit Pack Co., Inc., Las Cruces, NM (SPE4A2-22-D-0009, $13,098,895); and Science and Engineering Services LLC, Huntsville, AL (SPE4A2-22-D-0012, $10,889,837), have each been awarded a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract under solicitation SPE4A2-21-R-0003 for various aircraft structural components. This was a competitive acquisition with 19 responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, VA.
