DOD to boost debriefings
The Defense Dept. is proposing to amend the DFARS to provide enhanced postaward debriefing rights for negotiated contracts, task orders and delivery orders over $10 million. It would provide bidders, after receiving a postaward briefing, to submit follow-up questions and receive agency responses. The enhancements were approved by Congress in the 2018 national defense bill. Comments on the proposed rule are due by July 19.
