NAVY

     EG Designbuild LLC, Germantown, MD is awarded $11,248,000 firm-fixed-price task order N4008521F5390 under a multiple award construction contract for roof repair at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, VA. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-18-D-1126).

      ProLog Inc., Virginia Beach, VA is awarded a $61,216,601 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides production support services to include, logistical support, operational management of warehouses, inventory and storage of aircraft parts, production of tool kits, external support to the in-service repair program, operation and maintenance of mega centers, environmental support, equipment management functions, and transportation of materials in support of depot level maintenance for the Navy. Work will be performed inJacksonville, FL (94%); and Norfolk, VA (6%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal; five offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity (N6134021D0017).

      B & D Electric Inc., Washington, IN is awarded an IDIQ contract with a maximum amount of $20,000,000 for electrical services at the Naval Support Activity Crane and Glendora Test Facility Sullivan. Work will be performed in Crane, IN (99%); and Sullivan, IN (1%). This contract was competitively procured via the contract opportunities website with two proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-21-D-0046).

      South Bay Sand Blasting and Tank Cleaning Inc., National City, CA (N50054-21-D-2105), is being awarded an $11,127,825 estimated value firm-fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contract to accomplish removal of old deck covering and underlayment (including rubber base if present), abrasive blast, ultra-high pressure water jet, and power tool clean decks; prepare surfaces, apply primer coatings, and install new non-skid deck covering onboard Navy or other military type vessels. If all options are exercised the total value will be an estimated $62,879,334. The requirement was competitively procured as a small business set-aside solicited through the beta.sam.gov website, with three previous offers confirmed and one new offer received. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

      Crane Technologies Group Inc., Rochester Hills, MI is awarded an IDIQ contract with a maximum amount of $20,077,068 for the modernization of up to seven 60/15-ton portal cranes at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY); and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). Task order 0001 is being awarded at $2,598,471 for the modernization of portal crane DC-39 at NNSY. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by May 2023. All work on this contract will be performed in Portsmouth, VA and Bremerton, WA. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.SAM.gov website with two proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N62470-21-D-0009).

ARMY

     Lakey Inc., Lufkin, TX was awarded a $13,317,591 firm-fixed-price contract for excavation of a segment of the Comite River Diversion earthen channel. Bids were solicited via the internet with 16 received. Work will be performed in East Baton Rouge, LA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, LA is the contracting activity (W912P8-21-C-0006).

      PD SY Systems Inc., Springfield, VA was awarded a $19,526,858 modification (P00004) to contract W911SA-20-D-3000 for logistic readiness support services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army 419th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort McCoy, WI is the contracting activity.

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

     Cummings Aerospace Inc., Huntsville, AL is being awarded a modification in the amount of $21,000,000 to previously awarded IDIQ contract HQ0147-19-D-0009. The contract value is increased from $9,982,641 to $30,982,641. Under this contract the contractor will continue to integrate and enhance the Simulation Framework ToolKit and Coordinated Cyber/Electronic Warfare Integrated Fires Tool. The original award was made under special topic broad agency announcement (BAA) HQ0147-17-S-0002 that was posted to the Federal Business Opportunities web site to solicit white papers related to advanced research technology and development in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.102(d)(2)(i) to meet full and open competition requirements. The government received 26 white papers in response and selected 7 from which proposals were requested. This original award results from one of 7 proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Noble Sales Co. Inc., DBA Noble Supply and Logistics, Rockland, MA (SPE5B1-21-D-0002, $568,000,000); TWI USA LLC, Reston, VA (SPE5B1-21-D-0004, $240,000,000); and SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL (SPE5B1-21-D-0004, $108,000,000), have each been awarded a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract under solicitation SPE5B1-19-R-0003 for facility maintenance, repair and operation supplies and related incidental services. These were competitive acquisitions with 18 offers received. Locations of performance are MA, VA, IL, European Zone 1 and Zone 2, and African Areas of Responsibility. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Europe and Africa, Kaiserslautern, Germany.
