These contracts provide for products and services in support of Test and Training (T&T) range instrumentation, to include airborne and ground-based elements, interfaces and auxiliary equipment. Additionally, these contracts provide a full spectrum of support services. Services also include providing onsite and in-plant engineering and technical support, as well as necessary studies, analyses, and site surveys for the Navy. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $249,869,545. Work will be performed in Ridgecrest, CA (38%); Des Plaines, IL (38%); Cedar Rapids, IA (12%); Fort Walton Beach, FL (4%); Great Mills, MD (2%); San Diego, CA (2%); Middletown, OH (2%); Germantown, MD (1%); and other locations in the U.S. (1%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal; 10 offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Centuria Corp., Reston, Virginia (SPRBL1-23-D-0006); STS International Inc., Berkeley Springs, West Virginia (SPRBL1-23-D-0007); Micro USA Inc., Poway, California (SPRBL1-23-D-0009); Atlantic Diving Supply Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (SPRBL1-23-D-0010); and Fairwinds Technologies LLC, Annapolis, Maryland (SPRBL1-23-D-0011) are the small businesses among the companies that are sharing a maximum $3,200,000,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract under solicitation SPRBL1-21-R-0013 for supplies and services in support of the Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Gateway to Sustainment contract. This was a competitive acquisition with 16 responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

      Bernard Cap LLC, Hialeah, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $8,070,516 fixed-price IDIQ contract for men’s dress trousers. This was a competitive acquisition with six responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-22-D-1544).

      Intuitive Research and Technology Corp., Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a $56,928,794 firm-fixed-price, one-time buy contract for sensor suites. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(2), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2. This is a one-year contract with no option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (SPRRA2-23-C-0010).

      Aviation Devices and Electronic Components LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded an estimated $8,741,910 indefinite-quantity contract for electronic shielding gaskets and similar items. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7MX-23-D-0052).

ARMY

     Geo Ex Subsurface Exploration, Dixon, California (W91238-23-D-0005); Taber Drilling, West Sacramento, California (W91238-23-D-0007); and Gulf Shore Construction Services Inc., New Orleans, Louisiana (W91238-23-D-0008), will compete for each order of the $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for drilling, cone penetrometer testing services, backhoe, and trackhoe excavations. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, is the contracting activity.

      SOL Engineering Services LLC, Vicksburg, Mississippi, was awarded a $24,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide subject matter expertise to the Department of Defense High Performance Computing Modernization Program. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Engineer Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, Mississippi, is the contracting activity (W912HZ-23-D-0004).

      Workplace Solutions Inc., Jacksonville, Florida, was awarded a $39,529,524 modification (P00003) to contract W9127S-22-C-6001 to extend the delivery period for initial outfitting commodities. Work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock, Arkansas, is the contracting activity. (Awarded March 31, 2023)

      MDT Armor Corp., Auburn, Alabama, was awarded a $21,913,585 firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase of David Urban Light Armored Vehicles. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity (W56HZV-23-C-0047). (Awarded March 30, 2023)

      Lucianos Excavation Inc., Taunton, Massachusetts, was awarded an $8,312,000 firm-fixed-price contract for breakwater repairs. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Isles of Shoals, New Hampshire. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Concord, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (W912WJ-23-C-0006).
