Contractor diversity data
Now posted online
The Labor Dept.’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has made available online the Equal Employment Opportunity EEO-1 data reported by thousands of federal contractors from fiscal 2014 to 2020.
Federal contractors with 50 or more employees must submit annual EEO-1 reports on their workers’ job categories, race, gender and ethnicity.
DOL posted the data in response to multiple Freedom of Information Act requests from the Center for Investigative Reporting.
