MAS waivers for COVID
The General Services Administration, in a recent Acquisition Letter, authorized contracting officers to temporarily waive three Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) solicitation requirements for COVID-19-related goods, services and solutions.
The requirements pertain to possessing two years of corporate experience; to submitting relevant project experience for each SIN, and to submitting annual financial statements for the previous two years.
