NAVY

     William T. Brooks and Associates Inc., doing business as The Brooks Group, Greensboro, NC is awarded an $11,988,565 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract in support of the Marine Corps Recruiting Command for sales force training services to include instructional development, video development, graphic development, evaluations post-development, facilitation services, and technical writing. This contract has a five-year ordering period with a maximum value of $11,988,565. Work will be performed in Leesburg, VA (40%); San Diego, CA(16%); Parris Island, SC (9%); Garden City, NY (8%); New Cumberland, PA (8%); Fort Worth, TX (8%); Great Lakes, IL (8%); and Quantico, VA (3%). This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website with two proposals received. The Regional Contracting Office Parris Island, SC is the contracting activity (M00263-21-D-1001).

      American Fashion Fitness, East Syracuse, NY (M67854-21-D-1879); Fabrox, doing business as Fit USA, Ormond Beach, FL (M67854-21-D-1880); SND Manufacturing, Dallas, TX (M67854-21-D-1881); and String King, Gardena, CA (M67854-21-D-1882), are each awarded a firm-fixed price IDIQ multiple award contract for the purchase of up to a combined maximum quantity of 1,800,800 physical training uniforms. The maximum dollar value for all four contracts combined is $146,240,522. American Fashion Fitness is awarded $46,805,200. Fit USA is awarded $40,882,542. SND Manufacturing is awarded $35,330,200. String King is awarded $23,222,580. The requirement was competitively procured through full and open competition after exclusion of sources per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.203 and solicited through the beta.sam.gov website with 17 offers received in response to solicitation number M67854-21-R-1804. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity.

      Amee Bay LLC, Hanahan, SC (N64498-21-D-4023); Continental Tide Defense Systems Inc., Wyomissing, PA (N64498-21-D-4025); Delphinus Engineering Inc., Eddystone, PA (N64498-21-D-4026); Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc., Portsmouth, VA (N64498-21-D-4027); La Playa Inc. of Virginia, Chesapeake, VA (N64498-21-D-4029); and QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N64498-21-D-4031), are the small businesses among the companies each awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contract for the procurement of blue collar installation and technical services for upgrading hull, mechanical and electrical systems under various modernization programs for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The maximum dollar value for all nine contracts combined is $69,998,172. This multiple award contract was competitively procured via the Beta.Sam.gov website with nine offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     A3L Federal Works LLC, Fairmont, WV was awarded a $25,000,000 order-dependent contract to create and strengthen networks that connect the Combat Capabilities Development Command with academia, industry and government agencies to facilitate the exchange of scientific ideas, the production of knowledge and the development of a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) workforce. Bids were solicited via the internet with 12 received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911NF-21-D-0003).

      Three contracts were for work to create and strengthen networks that connect the Combat Capabilities Development Command with academia, industry and government agencies to facilitate scientific idea exchange, the production of knowledge and the development of a STEM workforce.
The contracts were: Chitra Productions LLC, Norfolk, VA was awarded a $25,000,000 order-dependent contract (W911NF-21-D-0004); Technology Management Training Group Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $25,000,000 order-dependent contract (W911NF-21-D-0007); and HUBZone Headquarters Inc., Virginia Beach, VA was awarded a $25,000,000 order-dependent contract (W911NF-21-D-0005).
Bids were solicited via the internet with 12 received. Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity.

      Ashford Leebcor Enterprises II LLC, Williamsburg, VA was awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for general repair and construction projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with 18 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, MD is the contracting activity (W912DR-21-D-0010).

DCSA

     Verato Inc., McLean, VA (HS0021-21-F-0012), was awarded a $9,126,856 firm-fixed-price task order against HS0021-19-A-0005 for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The task order provides for tri-merge credit reports and credit monitoring services. This requirement was synopsized on the government-wide point of entry website as a small business set-aside on May 1, 2019. As a result, 13 small businesses were solicited and one offer was received, which was then justified in a single source determination. DCSA Acquisition and Contracting, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL has been awarded a maximum $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). Locations are South Korea and IL. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8E3-21-D-0008).The DLA also awarded SupplyCore a maximum $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for the requirements in Japan and IL. (SPE8E3-21-D-0007).
