OASIS+ update
The General Services Administration on March 6 released the second draft of the “OASIS+” GWAC professional services solicitation, including several changes sought by industry.
Changes include clarifications and updates of subcontracting goals, teaming arrangements and the processes for ensuring fairness. It dropped evaluation criteria related to sustainability for OASIS+ Small Business, along with greenhouse gas reporting for prime contractors on the unrestricted track. Responses are due by March 29.
