ARMY

     Capco LLC, Grand Junction, CO (W15QKN-18-D-00035); and Design West Technologies Inc, Tustin, CA (W15QKN-18-D-00036), will share a $38,966,028 hybrid firm-fixed-price contract to procure M205 tripods. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, NJ is the contracting activity.

     Alcan Builders Inc., Fairbanks, AK was awarded a $20,092,323 firm-fixed-price contract to design an F-35A aerospace ground equipment facility/fillstand at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Bids were solicited via the Internet with seven received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Anchorage, Alaska, is the contracting activity (W911KB-18-C-0007).

NAVY

      Nexagen Networks Inc., Marlboro, NJ is being awarded an $11,390,168 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N66001-15-D-0083) to provide engineering support services for information assurance and security engineering-related services to the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. The exercise of this two-year option period to the three-year base contract brings the cumulative value of this contract to an estimated $27,305,949. Work will be performed at the contractor’s facilities in NJ (25%); and at government facilities in PA (75%). This contract was competitively procured via 100% small business set-aside solicitation via publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command e-Commerce Central website. Two proposals were originally received and one was selected for award. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

     SyQwest Inc., Cranston, RI is being awarded a $9,999,999 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year ordering period for the manufacture of TR-343 transducer ceramic stack assemblies for the TR-343 transducer in support of the TR-343 Transducer program. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (87%); and the government of the Japan (13%), under the Foreign Military Sales program. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Indiana is the contracting activity (N00164-18-D-GP34).

     VSolvit LLC, Ventura, CA is being awarded a $17,834,753 firm-fixed-price modification to increase the maximum dollar value of an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for information technology enterprise business systems support at Naval Facilities Information Technology Center, Naval Base Ventura County. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $83,756,261. Work will be performed in Port Hueneme, California (45%); San Diego, California (45%); and Yokosuka, Japan (10%) The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity (N39430-13-D-1231).

     Tactical Edge Inc., San Diego, CA is being awarded a maximum ceiling $49,000,000 five-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for post deployment system support (PDSS) services for Marine Air-Ground Task Force Logistics Support Systems requirements. Work will be performed at locations in AZ, CA, FL, HI, NC and Japan. This contract was a full and open competition via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with 13 offers received. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity (M67854-18-D-7601).

     B & D Electric Inc., Washington, IN is being awarded a requirements contract with a maximum amount of $20,000,000 for electrical services at the Naval Support Activity, Crane, Indiana; and Glendora Test Facility, Sullivan, IN. Work will be performed in Crane, IN (99%); and Sullivan, IN (1%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with one proposal received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-18-D-1612).

     Wakelight Technologies Inc., Honolulu, HI was awarded $9,628,561 for firm-fixed-price task order N3225318F3000 under previously awarded contract N00178-14-D-8039 for information technology and cybersecurity services for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $39,716,584. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (90%); and Guam/Japan (10%) This contract was competitively procured via SeaPort-e, with three offers received. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     TFAB Defense Systems, Madison, AL has been awarded a maximum $13,473,770 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for control display units. This is a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1) based on Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2) stating that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, AL (SPRRA1-18-D-0065).

     Southwest Cutters - Justice Apparel Group LLC, El Paso, TX has been awarded a maximum $7,153,500 modification (P00019) exercising the second one-year option of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-16-D-1034) with four one-year option periods blue physical fitness jackets. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.
