      Kekolu Contracting LLC, La Plata, MD is awarded a maximum-value $125,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for design-bid-build mechanical and HVAC construction, repairs, and replacement projects at Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD; Naval Support Facility, Indian Head, MD; and Naval Support Facility, Dahlgren, VA. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website, with nine proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N40080-22-D-0003).

      Aechelon Technology, San Francisco, CA is awarded a $7,790,820 firm-fixed price order (N0042122F0539) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0042119G0007). This order provides for the production, delivery and integration of four P8 Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) next generation databases on to four AAS Weapons Tactic Trainers. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity.

      Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., Portsmouth, VA (N00024-22-D-4442); East Coast Repair and Fabrication, Portsmouth, VA (N00024-22-D-4444); Continental Maritime San Diego, San Diego, CA (N00024-22-D-4445); and Pacific Ship Repair and Fabrication Inc., San Diego, CA (N00024-22-D-4446) are the small businesses among the companies awarded a firm-fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contract with a combined ceiling of $654,848,672 for complex repair, maintenance and modernization requirements of non-nuclear Navy surface combatant (CG & DDG) class ships homeported in or visiting San Diego, CA. Lot I contracts were competitively procured using full and open competition with seven offers received via the beta.sam.gov website. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.

      Pacific Federal Management Inc., Tumon, GU is awarded a $10,583,590 firm-fixed-price IDIQ modification to previously-awarded contract N40192-20-D-9000 to exercise Option Two for base operations support services at Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base, GU. Award of this option brings the total cumulative contract value to $30,382,646. Work will be performed at Naval Base GU (70%); and Andersen Air Force Base, GU (30%). The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas, GU is the contracting activity.

     Advanced Technology Systems Company Inc., McLean, VA was awarded a $12,524,884 firm-fixed-price contract for tactical surveillance systems, mobile border surveillance vehicles, command and control operations rooms, relay towers, spare parts and various support services.       Sedona-NASCO JV, Martinez, GA was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for minor construction projects at the Anniston Army Depot. Bids were solicited via the internet with nine received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, MI is the contracting activity (W911KF-22-D-0001).

      Radiance Technologies Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $25,808,362 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for directed energy common test support. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W50RAJ-22-F-0002).

USSOCOM

     Point Rock Solutions, Landsdowne, VA was awarded a single-award IDIQ contract (H92404-22-D-0001) with a maximum ceiling of $50,000,000 for multi-function device printers in support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The contract was awarded competitively among small, disadvantaged businesses with three proposals received. USSOCOM, MacDill Air Force Base, FL is the contracting activity.
